To Make an Appointment

What We Accept as Part of a Drop-off

Clothing:

• New (tags still attached) and gently used

• Boys and girls, all seasons, all year

• Tops, bottoms, dresses, onesies, coats and snowsuits, hats, pajamas, shoes and sandals

• Sizes: newborn to size 14

Small toys:

• New (factory seal intact) and gently used

• Puzzles, games, electronic toys, dolls

• Number of pieces must match contents count on packaging

Books:

• New and gently used

• Binding intact

• No missing pages or marks on pages

Note: Large toys and equipment require special arrangements before being dropped off!

 

Dropping Off

1. Drop off at your scheduled appointment time.

2. One 18-20 gallon storage tote with a lid that closes will be accepted. All clothes, books, and small toys must fit inside.

3. Please make sure all clothing is freshly laundered with no stains, tears, odors, or missing buttons/snaps.

4. Please match any pieces of sets with their counterparts.

5. Please note: Infant clothing (up to size 12 months) must come matched in complete outfits and we only accept up to 25 outfits per drop off.

 

Returns and Payment

Once a drop-off is left with us, we will go through every piece of clothing, toy, and book to ensure the ability of resale. Any items that we do not feel can be sold, will be placed back in your tote. This process usually takes 72 hours. Most clothing, toys, and books are purchased outright – not on consignment. This means you can expect to pick up your tote and a check. We ask you pick up your order within two to three business days. We strive for quality to ensure the best product for our customers.
